7th Circ. Nixes Appeal Over NLRB's Dues Refund Ruling

Law360, New York (January 02, 2013, 6:54 PM ET) -- The Seventh Circuit has dismissed an appeal by dues-paying nonmembers of unions who argued that a National Labor Relations Board ruling over dues refunds was invalid since recess appointment powers were improperly used to fill NLRB vacancies, finding they lacked standing.
