Sens. Introduce Bill To Ease Business Immigration Process

Law360, New York (February 01, 2013, 7:56 PM ET) -- A bipartisan group of U.S. senators introduced a bill Tuesday aimed at updating the nation's immigration laws for highly skilled workers aimed at making it easier for U.S. companies to recruit and retain these workers, especially in high-tech fields.
