Law360, Wilmington (February 01, 2013, 8:26 PM ET) -- Defunct video-game maker THQ Inc. on Thursday asked for a Delaware bankruptcy judge’s permission to offer more than 200 former employees a settlement consisting of 30 days’ pay and benefits to compensate for their unexpected termination.
