Greenberg Traurig, Female Partners Square Off In Sex Bias Suit

Law360, New York (February 01, 2013, 5:48 PM ET) -- Greenberg Traurig LLP, accused of discriminating against its female shareholders in a proposed $200 million class action, said Friday that the case belongs in Pennsylvania, where the lead plaintiff worked, and accused her attorneys of forum-shopping by trying to get a New York judge to determine whether she is bound to resolve her claims through arbitration.
