Macy's Gains Support From Trade Groups In Micro-Union Fight

Law360, New York (February 07, 2013, 2:10 PM ET) -- The National Labor Relations Board on Tuesday greenlighted a request from two retail trade groups to lodge a brief supporting a challenge by Macy’s Inc. to an NLRB regional director’s recognition of a micro-union at one of Macy’s Massachusetts stores.

In a brief notice posted on the NLRB’s website, the board granted the request of the Retail Industry Leaders Association and the Retail Litigation Center to file their amicus curiae brief without comment.
