Law360, New York (February 25, 2013, 8:35 PM ET) -- Jones Day has added a trio of partners from K&L Gates LLC, Kaye Scholer LLP and Cooley LLP specializing in intellectual property and employment matters to its Silicon Valley office, the firm recently announced.
Janet M. McNicholas, formerly of K&L Gates, and Gregory P. Silberman, formerly of Kaye Scholer, have joined the firm's intellectual property group, while Wendy Davis, formerly of Cooley's Palo Alto office, is now a partner in Jones Day's employee benefits and executive compensation practice, the firm said.
