Law360, Philadelphia (February 25, 2013, 2:11 PM ET) -- The Philadelphia Housing Authority Friday agreed to pay former Executive Director Carl Greene $625,000 to resolve a lawsuit in which he accused the agency of violating his employment contract when they fired him in September 2010.
