Morgan Stanley Whistleblower Also Targets FINRA In New Suit

Law360, New York (February 22, 2013, 10:18 PM ET) -- A former Morgan Stanley & Co LLC employee and whistleblower on Friday sued the banking giant and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority to reverse his $1.2 million loss in a case where he accused Morgan Stanley of retaliating against him for raising issues about its employee retirement plans.
