2nd Circ. Allows Claim Over Straight Male-On-Male Groping

Law360, New York (February 25, 2013, 8:47 PM ET) -- A straight man can bring a sexual harassment claim against his former boss, another straight man, for unwanted workplace groping and remarks, the Second Circuit ruled Monday, overturning a lower court's ruling that the behavior was not covered by discrimination law.
