AT&T Urges Calif. Court To Toss IT Workers' Overtime Suit

Law360, San Francisco (February 25, 2013, 6:57 PM ET) -- AT&T Corp. on Monday urged a California federal judge to toss a putative class action claiming some California information technology employees' overtime wages wrongly went unpaid for years before they were reclassified as eligible for that pay, arguing that the lead plaintiff agreed not to launch wage-related class actions.
