Law360, Houston (February 26, 2013, 12:44 AM ET) -- A Texas jury on Friday returned a $725K verdict in favor of a chemical recycling business that accused one of its former principal executives of spending the last years of his employment at the company stealing customers and employees while setting up the firm for financial ruin so he could go into competition.
