Appeals Court Junks Malpractice Suit Over Work-Injury Case

Law360, Dallas (March 25, 2013, 8:19 PM ET) -- A Texas appeals court on Friday affirmed the dismissal of malpractice claims against Allison & Ward LLP after a client it represented in a personal injury suit against his employer claimed the firm failed to adequately protect his unemployment and disability claims with a state agency.
