Tampa Firm Sues Ex-Managing Partner For Cover-Up

Law360, Miami (March 25, 2013, 7:58 PM ET) -- Tampa law firm Smolker Bartlett Schlosser Loeb & Hinds PA has sued its former managing partner for allegedly violating his employment agreement by covering for another former partner who was withdrawing money from the firm while secretly planning to file for bankruptcy.
