Frito-Lay Can't Dodge Gender Bias Probe, DOL Says

Law360, San Francisco (March 25, 2013, 2:46 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Labor on Friday pushed a Texas federal court to toss Frito-Lay Inc.'s lawsuit blocking the surrender of employment data for a government investigation into gender discrimination at its Dallas baked-snack factory, arguing that it's illegal for government contractors, including Frito-Lay, to ignore such data requests.
