Hearst Interns Can't Score Quick Win On Wage Damages

Law360, New York (April 23, 2013, 7:41 PM ET) -- The New York federal judge overseeing former Hearst Corp. interns' putative class action refused Tuesday to rule that the company willfully violated the law by failing to pay them or that the plaintiffs were entitled to double damages under state and federal wage laws.
