Whistleblower Wants Jackson Lewis DQ'd In Sun FCA Suit

Law360, New York (May 17, 2013, 1:56 PM ET) -- A whistleblower asked a Florida federal judge Thursday to disqualify Jackson Lewis LLP from representing Sun Healthcare Group Inc. in a suit accusing it of falsely billing Medicare, saying the firm has misused sealed records in another case.
