3rd Circ. Weighs Religion In ACA Contraception Mandate

Law360, Philadelphia (May 30, 2013, 4:47 PM ET) -- An attorney representing the Mennonite owners of a family furniture manufacturing business asked the Third Circuit on Thursday to block the contraception mandate found in the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, arguing that the law infringed on their right to religious expression.
