Law360, New York (January 28, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A group of black employees in a Coca-Cola Bottling Co. factory in Ohio has sued the company, saying that they have been consistently subjected to a hostile work environment.
The 23 plaintiffs “are all African-American and current and former employees of defendant in Cincinnati who worked at either its Duck Creek Road or Wilmer Avenue facilities,” the complaint said.
