Court Bars Municipalities From Gay Benefits Suit

Law360, New York (February 11, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A group of Wisconsin municipalities cannot take part in a lawsuit challenging the state's lack of benefits for dependents of gay employees, a state high court has ruled, finding that the municipalities do not have the right to intervene.
