Sidley Austin, HP Face Sanctions Bid In OT Class Action

Law360, Los Angeles (September 11, 2013, 9:40 PM ET) -- A putative class of Hewlett-Packard Co. employees suing the computer giant for skimping on overtime pay slapped the company and the Sidley Austin LLP attorneys representing it with a motion for sanctions Monday, claiming they had made false statements about the named plaintiff.
