Merle Norman Gets 2nd Trial In Sex Harassment Suit

Law360, New York (September 13, 2013, 9:07 PM ET) -- Merle Norman Cosmetics will get a second run at a trial over a former employee's allegations that she was fired in retaliation for making sexual harassment claims, after a California state judge ruled Friday that she withheld documents that revealed she was looking for an excuse to leave the firm.
