EBay Kicks Calif. Suit Over Hiring Pacts, But Can't Dodge DOJ

Law360, Los Angeles (September 27, 2013, 9:29 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Friday threw out the state's suit accusing eBay Inc. of violating antitrust law by agreeing not to recruit or hire Intuit Inc. employees, but refused to dismiss the federal government's related antitrust suit.
