Private Co. Whistleblowers Outside Of SOX, Fidelity Says

Law360, New York (October 03, 2013, 4:30 PM ET) -- Only employees of publicly traded companies may pursue Sarbanes-Oxley Act whistleblower claims, Fidelity Investments insisted Monday, urging the U.S. Supreme Court to uphold a divided First Circuit ruling that said workers at private contractors for public companies aren't covered by SOX's anti-relation protections.
