Law360, New York (February 22, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A partner at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP has alleged that the Chicago-based law firm passed him over for a capital partner position because he had made an earlier sexual-harassment complaint to the firm.
Kenneth L. Bednar lodged the Title VII suit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida on Feb. 15, accusing Hinshaw of retaliation and demanding the promotion.
