Muslim Prayer-Break Accommodations Ruled Undue Hardship

Law360, New York (October 18, 2013, 9:35 PM ET) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission lost the first phase of its religious bias suit against JBS USA LLC concerning prayer breaks for Muslim workers, when a Nebraska federal judge ruled last week that making the accommodations JBS was faulted for not providing would cause undue hardship.
