Calif. High Court Pushes Narrow Reading Of Concepcion

Law360, New York (October 18, 2013, 10:02 PM ET) -- The California Supreme Court found Thursday that Concepcion required it to strike down a barrier it had previously erected to the enforcement of employer arbitration agreements, but attorneys say the court's decision nonetheless took pains to carve out a wide path for lower courts to find fault with such agreements.
