Unit Drilling Loses Bid To Nix EEOC Sex Bias Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (November 01, 2013, 9:41 PM ET) -- An Oklahoma federal judge ruled Friday that the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission gave proper notice and showed good faith efforts at conciliation in its sex discrimination suit against Unit Drilling Co., denying the company’s motion to dismiss the agency’s suit.
