Wells Fargo Workers Again Denied Class Cert. In OT Suit

Law360, New York (November 4, 2013, 7:15 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge refused Friday to revisit a prior ruling denying class and collective action certification to Wells Fargo Bank NA employees who allegedly got stiffed on overtime pay, saying the workers' reconsideration bid inappropriately asserted an “expansive new claim.”
