EEOC Tells 8th Circ. It Prevailed In $5M CRST Fee Battle

Law360, New York (January 16, 2014, 8:51 PM ET) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission urged the Eighth Circuit Thursday not to force the agency to cover nearly $5 million in legal costs CRST Van Expedited Inc. incurred defending a sexual harassment case, insisting that a $50,000 settlement made the EEOC the prevailing party.
