EEOC Says It Brought In $372M Without Having To Litigate

Law360, New York (February 5, 2014, 7:15 PM ET) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said Wednesday it had received nearly 6 percent fewer bias charges in fiscal 2013 than it got in 2012, but also recovered an agency record of $372.1  million through its administrative process without having to go to court.
