Fla. Bill Seeks Drug Testing Of Lawmakers, Judges

Law360, Miami (March 04, 2014, 5:33 PM ET) -- In the midst of Florida's appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court to allow mandatory drug testing for state workers, a Florida lawmaker on Tuesday proposed a measure that would require elected officials, including legislators and judges, to submit to drug tests.
