En Pointe, Softchoice Battle Over Sales Reps

Law360, New York (July 03, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- IT company En Pointe Technologies Inc. has filed a lawsuit in a California district court, accusing competitor Softchoice Corporation of using anti-competitive policies in its employment contracts.

Softchoice Corporation had filed its own suits in Minneapolis, Minn. and Norfolk, Va. charging that En Pointe enticed Softchoice's ex-sales representatives to share confidential information about their former employer, in violation of employment contracts.
