WilmerHale And McAfee Bicker Over Legal Fees

Law360, New York (July 18, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP has moved to dismiss McAfee Inc.'s complaint requesting that WilmerHale forfeit most of the $12 million the network security software maker paid the firm to represent its former CEO in a criminal securities action.

WilmerHale filed a corrected motion to dismiss McAfee's third amended complaint yesterday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
