Law360, New York (July 21, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Federal prosecutors have requested records for a real estate transaction involving a federal judge in Texas who was suspended last year after a former employee accused him of sexual harassment.
Judge Samuel Kent of the Southern District of Texas is being investigated by the U.S. Department of Justice, the judge's lawyer, Dick DeGuerin, confirmed. Judge Kent's suspension ended in January.
