Delivery Worker Launches FLSA Suit Against DHL

Law360, New York (August 28, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Package delivery giant DHL Express (USA) Inc. has been hit with a purported class action by a delivery worker alleging that his employer — a DHL contractor — failed to pay him overtime wages even though he worked more than 40 hours per week.
