Judge Stays Portion Of Tyson FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (September 08, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A magistrate judge has stayed much of a Fair Labor Standards Act lawsuit against Tyson Foods Inc., until the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation decides whether to consolidate the case with 10 others.
