ADA Litigation To Surge With Enactment Of New Law

Law360, New York (December 04, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Once wary of pursuing cases under a law that lost its teeth after a series of U.S. Supreme Court rulings, plaintiffs attorneys are gaining enthusiasm for the Americans with Disabilities Act ahead of legislation aimed at restoring its original bite, according to the 2009 Law360 Litigation Almanac.
