Delta Tries To Ground Flight Attendant Suit

Law360, New York (December 16, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Delta Airlines Inc. is seeking to dismiss a lawsuit by the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA alleging that the airline's attempts to integrate attendants from Northwest Airlines Inc. violate federal labor law, arguing that a federal court is not the proper venue to hear out the dispute.
