Law360, New York (January 07, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A U.S. district judge has pled not guilty to charges that he engaged in illegal sexual contact with a co-worker and a second woman at work in a Galveston, Texas, courthouse.
Judge Samuel Kent, who also was charged with witness tampering, appeared Wednesday for his arraignment in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
