Most Claims Survive In US Bioservices IP Suit

Law360, New York (January 23, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- In an early victory for pharmaceutical services firm U.S. Bioservices Corp., a federal judge has retained all but one claim in a trade secrets suit filed by the company against two former employees who allegedly e-mailed themselves confidential business information, almost entirely denying the employees’ request to dismiss the suit.
