Texaco Retirees Prevail In 9-Year Battle For Benefits

Law360, New York (February 26, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has revived and granted summary judgment on claims in a long-running putative class action brought by former Texaco Inc. employees who sued for retirement benefits a year before the oil company's 2001 merger with Chevron Corp.
