AT&T Hit With New OT Suit By Call Center Workers

Law360, New York (March 04, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Fresh from winning a judge's support for collective status on behalf of a group of AT&T Corp. call center workers in wage-and-hour litigation in Pennsylvania, plaintiffs firm Nichols Kaster PLLP has fired off another action against the telecommunications giant, this time on behalf of Michigan employees.
