Law360, New York (March 18, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal district judge has handed a former senior attorney with Allegheny Energy Inc. a mixed ruling in her bid for summary judgment in a case charging the powerhouse with age and gender discrimination as well as retaliation.
On Monday, U.S. District Judge Nora Fischer granted in part and denied in part plaintiff Toni M. Nesselrotte's request for summary judgment, ruling that only some of her claims had met the necessary burden to survive.
