Law360, New York (April 21, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Hilton Hotels Corp. said Tuesday it had received a federal grand jury subpoena for documents related to two executives accused of stealing confidential information from rival hotel chain Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc.
Starwood claimed in a civil suit filed last week that former executives Ross Klein and Amar Lalvani stole the information to develop Hilton's new luxury hotel chain Denizen Hotels, which Hilton unveiled in March.
