Deals Rumor Mill: Grindr, ADNOC, Slack

Monday's report comes after national security panel the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States reportedly voiced concern about the Chinese ownership of the app related to national security and potential blackmail. The report details that while it once mulled an initial public offering for Grindr, the gaming company is now floating a deal to sell off the app, which can collect location, age and HIV status information from its users....
