Law360, New York (August 03, 2009, 9:42 PM ET) -- Davis-Lynch Inc. has asked the court in charge of its patent suit against rival oil field services company Weatherford International Inc. to dismiss both Weatherford’s inequitable conduct defense and bid for a declaration that the patent asserted by Davis-Lynch is unenforceable, arguing that Weatherford hasn’t put forth adequate evidence to back up its allegations.
