Sens. Urge New Look At ITC Wind Turbine Decision

Law360, New York (October 05, 2009, 12:05 PM ET) -- Sens. Blanche Lincoln, D-Ark., and Ron Wyden, D-Ore., are calling on the U.S. International Trade Commission to settle a disagreement between an ITC administrative law judge and an investigative attorney over whether wind turbine parts imported by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. infringe General Electric Co.-owned patents.
