Law360, New York (October 07, 2009, 5:54 PM ET) -- Exxon Mobil Corp. has reportedly agreed to purchase a $4 billion stake in an oil field off the coast of Ghana from Kosmos Energy LLC.
The parties have reached a binding agreement, though the terms have not been completed, according to a news report from the Wall Street Journal that cited people involved in the deal.
