Law360, New York (November 03, 2009, 6:10 PM ET) -- A federal judge has granted a dozen energy companies' request that he review his ruling on the scope of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's jurisdiction related to claims raised by Kansas plaintiffs in multidistrict litigation over an alleged conspiracy to fix wholesale natural gas prices.
