In Canada, Fed. Gov’t Stalls, Provinces Act On Climate

Law360, New York (December 09, 2009, 1:53 PM ET) -- Canada's federal government has been almost completely inactive on the climate change front in the lead-up to the Copenhagen climate conference, which started Monday and wraps up Dec. 18. But provincial governments have sprung into action, leading experts to believe that the country's skyrocketing emissions may soon reverse course.
